Coaching – the art of enabling others - is an essential part of facilitative leadership.

Whether you are confronting problem behaviour or developing a person to take on more responsibility, coaching is the most powerful process you can use.

At the end of this practical workshop participants will:

  • Be able to use coaching techniques to help people to learn and make real, lasting change in the way they work and behave.
  • Apply a systematic problem solving approach to investigating and analysing people issues
  • Have developed their questioning and active listening skills in coaching sessions
  • Be able to conduct effective coaching sessions to deal with a range of performance issues.
