Richard Thomson 
Richard is a co-founder of TW Associates and, for more than 17 years, has been coaching, training and designing programmes for managers and leaders in a wide range of industries. He is a Chartered member of the Institute of Personnel & Development and a member of the British Institute for Psychological Type.
He is co-author of 2 books: 'Non stop Creativity & Innovation' and 'Hearts, Minds and Bottom Lines'.
Before starting TW Associates Richard was an operational manager in the retail sector ultimately becoming H. R Director. It was here that he became aware of the impact of leadership behaviour on organisational climate.
Richard is an adept facilitator and trainer; he is a skilled coach whose focus is on helping others to achieve their full potential. He is qualified in the use of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator. (www.myersbriggs.org)
Fiona McLeod 
Fiona is a partner with TW associates. She was educated at Edinburgh University and the Open University. Prior to joining TW Associates in 1995 she spent 18 years in management. During this time she worked in all aspects of business including strategy formulation, organisational development and people management and occupied a series of management and leadership roles including Chief Executive. She worked extensively internationally organising and implementing major contracts in Europe and America.
Over the last ten years she has worked closely with many clients in the private and public sectors both in the UK and abroad. She is a highly experienced facilitator and coach, using a range of innovative processes such as constellations to create breakthrough experiences and support sustainable development.
She specialises in developing the creative and leadership potential of people at all levels, equipping them to deliver leading-edge change, innovation and collective effectiveness.
She is co-author of Non-Stop Creativity and Innovation (McGraw-Hill 2002) and Hearts, Minds, Bottom Lines (McGraw-Hill 2002).
